George Fazio designed this classic ocean-side course in the mid 1970's. His nephew, Tom, updated the design in the late 1990's to rave reviews. The course features small greens that are often difficult to hit with a persistent breeze that knocks shots offline. Many consider the par-three 16th hole to be one of the Caribbean's best holes. It's 238 yards from the back tee and located directly along side the beach. Completing the facility is a 35,000-sq-ft clubhouse with panoramic views of the courses and fine dining at The Grille Room Restaurant.

This dynamic Greg Norman design is located near the Mameyes River and the El Yunque National Rainforest ... quite a setting for a golf course. A round here takes you through wetlands, tropical vegetation, a variety of palm trees, and the Reine del Floral. It's quite a layout with tight fairways, an abundance of water, and small greens. With both the River and Ocean Courses on property, the Westin Rio Mar is one of Puerto Rico's most exciting golf destinations.
